Roy’s Culinary Academy (RCA) is a non-formal educational institution in the culinary field. This program employs a methodology comprising 20% theory and 80% practical application of menu preparation. Students receive comprehensive education on culinary arts, focusing on proper techniques, hygiene, and sanitation, as well as fostering independence in food preparation. The curriculum emphasizes a wide array of culinary skills and understanding of menu variations, ensuring students gain proficiency in both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Chef Roy aims to fulfill his dream by establishing Roy’s Culinary Academy with international standards, with a mission to showcase the spectacular world of culinary arts.
